A lawyer representing a woman in Geldermalsen stated that
during riots which broke out in the town following the municipal council debate
on the asylum seeker center, his client was injured by police actions which
caused brain damage. He said that the
woman had not taken part in the riots, but was just leaving the meeting at the
municipality when the riots broke out.
